Job records

Name, address, phone number, email, the machine and what was done. Written in a job book and kept because people come back after ten years and ask what was replaced last time. Accounting records are kept six years as required.

Photographs

I photograph machines on arrival and during work, for both our protection. They're kept with the job record. A few appear on this site where the owner said yes; nothing identifying anyone appears without asking.

Who sees it

Me, and my accountant for the invoices. Nobody else. Nothing is shared, sold or used for marketing — there is no marketing.

This website

No forms, no accounts, no analytics. Server logs — address, time, page — deleted after seven days. Fonts load from Google's font service, which means a request carrying your IP address goes there.
